Scope
This standard specifies a method for measuring the reflective properties of high-gloss anodized aluminum surfaces. The method specified in this standard is also applicable to other high-gloss metal surfaces. This standard is not applicable to metal surfaces that have been surface-treated to achieve diffuse reflection, nor can it be used to determine the color of a surface.
