Scope

Scope: This document provides guidance on the construction and management of "Science and Technology Villages", including application and recommendation, evaluation and selection, construction, operation and management, and assessment. This document applies to the construction and management of "Science and Technology Villages" in Fujian Province by the Fujian Provincial Association for Science and Technology (FPAST) and the Fujian branch of the China Rural Professional and Technical Association (CRPTA). Main Technical Content: Chapter 1: Scope This standard specifies the general principles, application and recommendation, evaluation and selection, construction, operation and management, and assessment of "Science and Technology Villages". Chapter 3: Terms and Definitions To facilitate the understanding and implementation of the standard, this chapter provides terms and definitions for "Science and Technology Villages" and the "Science and Technology Village Alliance (Fujian)". Chapter 4: Application and Recommendation for "Science and Technology Villages" This chapter details the specific procedures for application and recommendation by science and technology associations at all levels and applicants, including issuing notifications, filling out application forms, and initial screening.
