Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions of cold chain logistics operations for fresh table grapes, refrigeration technology and management requirements, warehousing, transportation, loading and distribution, handover, temperature monitoring systems, etc. This standard applies to the cold chain logistics operations of various varieties of fresh table grapes in Turpan City, including storage, loading, and transportation; Main technical content: 4.3.2 Refrigerated Transportation The exterior of the refrigerated truck cabins is equipped with temperature gauges that can be directly observed or automatic temperature gauges that monitor the temperature inside the cabin during transportation. The temperature records should be provided to the receiving personnel when the goods are handed over. The temperature monitoring recording equipment should be installed at the top of the goods, close to the wall, and away from the directly discharged cold air. When ice blocks are placed at the top of the goods or the humidity exceeds 95%, the temperature monitoring recording equipment should be waterproof or sealed in plastic bags. 4.3.2.1 Before loading, it is necessary to ensure that the refrigerated truck is in good condition, the loading boxes are clean and hygienic, and the internal temperature of the loading boxes meets the loading conditions. The loading boxes of the refrigerated trucks should be pre-cooled to below 10℃ before loading, and the transportation temperature requirements should be maintained after loading. 4.3.2.2 The refrigerated trucks should be equipped with food temperature monitoring personnel.
