GB/T 35133-2017 Reference model for business group operations management

Scope

This standard defines the reference model system framework for the operation and management of group enterprises. On this basis, it further defines the business objectives and scope of the group enterprise's control, extracts the business control mode of the group enterprise, standardizes the business control system architecture of the group enterprise, and proposes a management reference model for the core control business of the group enterprise. This standard is applicable to the process of reconstructing management processes and defining software modules for the manufacturing industry. It can be used as the basis for sorting out management processes and developing enterprise models, and can also provide guidance for the modular development and design of management informatization products.
