Scope

Main Technical Content: 1. Source of Test Materials: Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch.) Bge. var. mongholicus (Bge.) Hsiao seeds were collected from 10 different regions in Shanxi Province from May 2018 to the present. The seeds were identified by Professor Wang Wenquan of the Institute of Medicinal Plants, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences as Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch.) Bge. var. mongholicus (Bge.) Hsiao. Seed Quality Testing 2.1 Seed Testing Flowchart 2.2 Sampling Reference Sampling was conducted in accordance with GB/T 3543.2 (Agricultural Seed Inspection Procedures - Sampling). The maximum weight of a seed batch was determined by GB/T 3543.2, and the tested samples and purity analysis were determined by GB/T 2930.1. Each seed batch should not exceed 10,000 kg in weight, with a minimum purity analysis weight of 20 g and a minimum tested sample weight of 200 g, with a permissible deviation of 5%. If the weight exceeds the specified limit, the batch should be divided and assigned a separate batch number. If the weight is less than or equal to 1% of the specified weight, it is considered a small batch of seeds.
