Scope

Scope: This document specifies the terms and definitions, production site environment, plant construction, raw material selection and processing, strain and bottle production, spawning period management, mushroom harvesting management, pest and disease control, product quality, and waste treatment requirements for the production of "Xiangjiangyuan" oyster mushrooms. This document is applicable to the industrialized production of "Xiangjiangyuan" oyster mushrooms in bottles. Main technical content: (1) This standard specifies the requirements for the production site environment, cultivation management, pest and disease control, harvesting, packaging and transportation, and field records of "Xiangjiangyuan" oyster mushrooms. (2) This standard stipulates that the production site environment shall comply with the provisions of T/XJY 1001. (3) Based on relevant standards and the actual production situation in the "Xiangjiangyuan" oyster mushroom production area, this standard lists the main types of pests and diseases that occur during the production of "Xiangjiangyuan" oyster mushrooms, as well as their control agents and methods. This standard adheres to the principle of prevention and control primarily through agricultural, physical, and biological methods, and supplemented by chemical methods. The use of pesticides restricted by the state is strictly prohibited. (4) Based on advanced practices in food safety production and agricultural standardization, this standard proposes requirements for production record management.
