GB/T 43327.6-2023 Petroleum and natural gas industries—Specific requirements for offshore structures—Part 6:Marine operations
Basic Information
Scope
This document specifies the requirements and guidelines for the planning and engineering design of offshore operations, including the design and analysis of components, systems, equipment, and processes required for offshore operations, as well as methods or procedures for safely executing these operations. This document applies to offshore structures, including: -- Steel and concrete gravity-based structures (GBS); -- Pile-based steel structures and compliant towers; -- Tension-leg platforms (TLP); -- Deep-draft floating bodies (DDF), including deep-draft columnar platforms or deep-draft caisson devices (DDCV); -- Semi-submersible production platforms (FPSS); -- Floating production, storage, and offloading units (FPSO); -- Other types of floating production systems (FPS); -- Mobile offshore units (MOU); -- Upper modules and components of the above structures; -- Underwater foundations and similar structures; -- Gravity anchors, anchor piles, trawled embedded anchors, suction anchors, or other types of anchors; -- Tendon bases; -- Related mooring systems. This document also applies to the modification of existing structures, such as the installation of new upper modules. This document does not apply to the following offshore operations: a) Construction work not exposed to marine environments, such as on land construction sites; b) Drilling, process handling, and petrochemical operations; c) Routine daily offshore operations during the service life of structures; d) Drilling operations on mobile offshore drilling units; e) Installation of submarine pipelines, risers, and umbilical cables; f) Diving operations.
