Scope

This standard specifies the implementation conditions and operational requirements for seedling cultivation, division cultivation, container seedling management, mother plant garden management, and container seedling nursery in the process of breeding ornamental plants of the Pennisetum genus.
This standard applies to the breeding of four species of ornamental plants of the Pennisetum genus, including Pennisetum alopecuroides (L.) Spreng., Pennisetum orientale Rich., Pennisetum villosum R.Br.ex Fresen., and Pennisetum setaceum (Forssk.) Chiov.
