Scope
This standard specifies the basic structure and security framework of the e-government mobile office system, as well as the technical requirements that mobile terminals, channels, mobile access, and server security should meet. This standard applies to the security design, product development, engineering implementation, and operational management of non-confidential e-government mobile office systems. It can also be used as a basis for conducting security assessments of non-confidential e-government mobile office systems. The enhanced requirements in this standard apply to mobile office systems with higher security levels, such as information systems with a security protection level of Level 3 or higher.
