Scope

This part of GB/T 30661 specifies the static, impact, and fatigue strength test methods for positioning support devices and their ancillary components, as well as the requirements for naming and information disclosure. This part does not apply to positioning support devices (PSDs) used in portable or motor vehicles. Note: At present, there is no indication of the minimum or maximum test loads in the testing procedures for positioning support devices (PSDs). In the future, the minimum or maximum test loads may be specified as a basis for passing or failing the test. The maximum displacement, maximum load, and failure type before failure should be published to facilitate comparison.
