Scope
Scope: This standard specifies the requirements for the cultivation process, storage and transportation, and quality assurance of edible freshwater products from Miao and Dong ethnic groups in mountainous areas. This standard applies to the production management and sales of edible freshwater products from Miao and Dong ethnic groups in mountainous areas. Main technical content: 1. Cultivation process 1.1 Self-bred seedlings: Healthy seedlings that comply with national or industry regulations should be selected, and transgenic parents should not be used. Feed input materials should meet the requirements of this standard. Seedlings should be purchased from enterprises with relevant qualifications and undergo quarantine inspection. The seedlings released should be of pure breed, with typical characteristics, uniform size, normal body color, good fatness, active swimming, and no injuries or diseases. 1.2 Feed and feed additives 1.2.1 General provisions: Natural plant feed raw materials should meet the requirements of GB/T 19424, and single feed should meet the requirements of the Single Feed Product Catalog. Feed additives should comply with the Feed Additives Variety Catalog or be approved by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. 1.2.2 Nutritional components: They should meet the requirements of SC/T 1024, SC/T 1026, and SC/T 1077. 1.2.3 Hygiene indicators: They should meet the requirements of GB 13078, NY/T 5072, NY/T 471, and the "Safe Use Guidelines for Feed Additives". 1.2.4 Storage requirements: Storage warehouses should be clean, dry, ventilated, and rodent-free. A registration system for feed and additives should be established, and they should be stored separately. The registration list should indicate the name, category, manufacturer, production date, shelf life, and storage quantity. Damaged packaging of feed and additives should be promptly handled properly; and expired or spoiled feed and additives should be removed from storage immediately. 1.3 F
