Scope
This standard specifies the emission limits and monitoring requirements for air pollutants from thermal power boilers and industrial boilers. This standard applies to the management of air pollutant emissions from in-use boilers, as well as the environmental impact assessment of boiler construction projects, the design of environmental protection facilities, the completion of environmental protection acceptance, and the management of air pollutant emissions after the boiler has been put into operation. This standard does not apply to boilers that use household waste or hazardous waste as fuel.
