Scope
This standard specifies a method for determining residual impurity elements in single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) and multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICPMS). This standard provides an optimized digestion and pretreatment method for SWCNT and MWCNT samples, enabling the accurate quantification of impurity elements using ICPMS.
