This part of JT/T 867-2013 specifies the structure and marking definitions of electronic reporting messages for inland vessels used in electronic data exchange between carriers and management authorities in inland navigation, as well as the format of XML Schemas. This part applies to inland navigation carriers exchanging information on ship navigation with inland navigation management authorities or among management authorities, enabling all parties to obtain timely information on ships, voyage plans, on-board personnel statistics, and consigned goods.
