Scope

This document specifies the technical requirements for the integrated monitoring system for forests, grasslands, and biodiversity in Sichuan Province (hereinafter referred to as the "integrated monitoring system"), which is used to standardize the construction of monitoring systems for forest and grassland fire prevention, human and vehicle access control, wildlife protection monitoring, and forest and grassland resource management. This document applies to new construction, expansion, or renovation projects for forest and grassland fire prevention, human and vehicle access security control, rare wildlife protection monitoring, and forest and grassland resource management within Sichuan Province. It is applicable to the design, implementation, and acceptance of the projects. After the project acceptance, the system should be integrated into a unified digital platform for forest and grassland video monitoring.
