Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, testing methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage for woven elastic trousers. This standard applies to trousers produced primarily from woven fabrics containing elastic fibers. This standard does not apply to clothing for infants and young children aged 36 months and below.
