Scope

This standard specifies the detection methods for genetically modified components in rice and rice processing products. This standard is applicable to the rapid qualitative detection of genetically modified components in BAR-gene herbicide-resistant rice and Bt-gene (Cry1Ab/Cry1Ac)-insect-resistant rice, as well as the rapid qualitative detection of the above components in rice processing products. The minimum detection limit of genetically modified components specified in this standard is 1 g/kg.
