Scope
This document stipulates the evaluation index system and requirements for water-saving enterprises in the papermaking industry.
This document is applicable to pulp enterprises such as wood pulp, non-wood pulp, and waste paper pulp; papermaking enterprises producing newsprint, printing and writing paper, household paper, packaging paper and cardboard; and combined pulp and paper production enterprises.
This document is not applicable to special pulp types, thin paper (except for household paper), specialty paper, and products with mandatory requirements in medical and health fields, as well as paper product manufacturing enterprises.
