Scope

This document specifies the forming performance and forming indicators of metal materials under room temperature spinning forming, and describes the general operation steps of performance testing, including sample preparation, preparation of spinning wheels, core molds, and tail stops, preparation of testing auxiliary devices and machine tools, sample lubrication and cooling, pre-test, formal test, data collection and calculation, and test report.
This document is applicable to the detection of spinning forming performance such as metal deep drawing spinning, reduction spinning, shearing spinning, and flow spinning, and is also applicable to the detection of special spinning forming performance such as reduction spinning of metal non-axially symmetric parts and spinning of non-circular cross-sectional parts.
