This standard specifies the method of measuring the complex relative permittivity and complex relative permeability of isotropic non-ferromagnetic solid materials using waveguide devices in the frequency range of 100 MHz to 40 GHz.
This standard is applicable to the measurement of the complex relative permittivity and complex relative permeability of isotropic non-ferromagnetic solid materials using waveguide devices in the frequency range of 100 MHz to 40 GHz. For non-magnetic solid materials, this standard can independently measure the complex relative permittivity of solid materials.
