T/NMGS 1007-2024 Process Mechanization of Pepper Processing and Green Prevention and Control Techniques for Pests and Diseases Standardization Document
Basic Information
Scope
Main technical content: 1. Variety selection and seedling cultivation: Select disease- and pest-resistant varieties and cultivate robust seedlings. 2. Cleaning the field: After harvest, remove diseased and pest-infested branches, leaves, and weeds, and conduct harmless treatment. 3. Physical prevention and control measures: These include using silver-gray mulch film to repel aphids, yellow-blue sticky traps to attract and kill various pests, frequency-vibrating insecticidal lamps and sex pheromone traps to capture pests, and sugar-vinegar solutions to kill pests. 4. Biological prevention and control: Use standard-compliant pesticides, referring to recommended green food production pesticides and biological pesticides. 5. Plant protection machinery operating conditions: When using drones for spraying, the volume of pesticide solution per mu should be no less than 3.0 L. When using self-propelled spraying machines, the nozzle spacing and height should be 50 cm, with an operating temperature range of 13℃ to 27℃ and wind speeds below level 3. Avoid spraying during noon when humidity is high. 6. Safe disposal of pesticides: Follow the Management Measures for Pesticide Packaging Waste to ensure a safe pesticide use interval.
