Scope

Scope: This document specifies the terminology and definitions, product classification, requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, marking, labeling, packaging, transportation, and storage of rose tea. This document applies to rose tea made from black tea, oolong tea, white tea, and black tea, which are processed by infusing fresh rose flowers into the raw materials. Main technical content: 3. Terminology and definitions: The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 14487 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1 Rose tea: Rose tea is made from black tea, oolong tea, white tea, and black tea, and is processed through shaping the raw materials, infusing fresh rose flowers, and drying. 4. Product classification: Products are divided according to the different raw materials: rose black tea, rose oolong tea, rose white tea, and rose black tea. 5. Requirements 5.1 Raw material requirements 5.1.1 Black tea shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 13738.2, oolong tea shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 30357.1, white tea shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 22291, and Pu'er tea shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 22111. Products involving geographical indications shall comply with the requirements of the relevant standards. 5.1.2 Fresh rose flowers shall be fresh, clean, and free from impurities, and the varieties shall be edible flowers. 5.2 Sensory quality: The aroma and taste of all products shall comply with the sensory quality in Table 1, and other sensory qualities shall comply with the sensory requirements of the corresponding tea grades.
