Scope
This part of GB/T 34077 specifies the objects, elements, methods, and implementation principles for measuring and pricing the services of cloud-based e-government public platforms.
This part is applicable to all kinds of services provided by e-government public platforms; it is applicable to e-government public platform service providers, users, and management agencies in the processes of service acceptance, procurement, provision, and supervision, providing a basic basis for measuring and pricing the actual usage of services, quality levels, occupancy costs, and risk levels.
Note: Unless otherwise specified, "e-government public platform" in the following chapters all refers to "cloud-based e-government public platforms".
