GB/T 39741.1-2021 Plain bearings—Tolerances—Part 1:Fits
Basic Information
Scope
This part of GB/T 39741 specifies the mating system for metal sliding bearings with an average relative clearance ψm of 0.56‰ to 3.15‰ in general machinery. Other clearance ranges can be selected according to the technical requirements of specific application scenarios.
This mating system is not suitable for thin-walled bearing bushes and thin-walled sleeve bearings, because thin-walled bearing bushes and thin-walled sleeve bearings have special characteristics. Their main measurement is the wall thickness rather than the diameter, and the dimensions will change with assembly.
This part is not suitable for non-circular bearings or tilting pad bearings, nor is it suitable for extreme clearance (extremely large or extremely small) conditions, where special tolerance requirements are determined after considering the bearing's working performance.
This part is mainly applicable to rotating machinery parts and spindles, and is also suitable for similar application scenarios.
