The grain length should be less than or equal to 5.0 mm, and the length-to-width ratio should be less than or equal to 1.8. - Requirement 2: Flavor value. Grade I: greater than or equal to 90 points; Grade II: greater than or equal to 85 points; Grade III: greater than or equal to 80 points. - Requirement 3: Imperfect grain content. All three grades should be less than or equal to 1.0%. - Requirement 4: Impurities. Total impurities in all three grades should be less than or equal to 0.1%. Mineral content should be undetectable in all three grades. - Requirement 5: Broken rice. Total broken rice in all three grades should be less than or equal to 7.5%. Small broken rice should be less than or equal to 0.5% in all three grades. - Requirement 6: Chalky grain rate (the percentage of chalky grains with a projected area of at least half of the total polished grain area in the sample). Grade I: less than or equal to 2.0%; Grades II and III: less than or equal to 4.0%. - Requirement 7: Yellow grain content. All three grades should be undetectable. - Requirement 8: Color and odor.
