Scope

Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions, refrigeration technology, and management requirements for fresh grape cold chain logistics operations, as well as storage, transportation, loading and unloading, delivery, temperature monitoring systems, etc. This standard applies to the cold chain logistics operations of various varieties of fresh grapes in Turpan City, including storage, loading, and transportation. Main technical content: 4.3.2 Refrigerated Transportation - The refrigerated truck cabins are equipped with temperature gauges that can be directly observed or automatic temperature monitoring devices to monitor the temperature inside the cabin during transportation. The temperature records should be provided to the receiving personnel when the goods are handed over. - The temperature monitoring equipment should be installed at the top of the goods, close to the wall, and away from the directly discharged cold air. When ice blocks are placed at the top of the goods or the humidity exceeds 95%, the temperature monitoring equipment should be waterproof or sealed in plastic bags. - Before loading, ensure that the refrigerated truck is in good condition, the cargo boxes are clean and hygienic, and the internal temperature of the cargo boxes meets the loading conditions. The cargo boxes should be pre-cooled to below 10°C before loading, and the transportation temperature requirements should be maintained after loading. - The refrigerated truck should be equipped with food temperature monitoring personnel. Before and after transportation, the food temperature should be monitored and recorded according to the appendix, serving as a basis for transportation and acceptance. - During transportation, maintain balanced refrigeration.
