This standard specifies the technical requirements for the breeding process, product quality inspection methods, packaging, storage, transportation, field release, and effect investigation of Aleuroglyphus ovatus Troupeau, Amblyseius (Neoseiulus) barkeri (Hughes), and their application techniques. This standard is applicable to the large-scale artificial breeding of Amblyseius (Neoseiulus) barkeri using Aleuroglyphus ovatus as prey. For breeding Amblyseius (Neoseiulus) barkeri using other dust mites (such as thick-legged dust mites and carrion mites) as prey, this standard can be used as a reference for implementation.
