Scope
This standard specifies the methods of extracting effective arsenic in acidic soils using sodium dihydrogen phosphate and determining it by atomic fluorescence spectrometry, and extracting effective mercury in acidic soils using sulfodithiocarbate-sodium dihydrogen phosphate and determining it by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. This method is suitable for acidic soils with a pH value of less than 6.5, and soils with a pH value of 6.5 to 7.0 can also be used as a reference. The detection limits for effective arsenic are 0.007 mg/kg, and the detection limits for effective mercury are 0.001 mg/kg.
