Scope

This standard specifies the high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LCMS) methods for determining the content of maduramicin ammonium in feed.
This standard is applicable to compound feed, concentrated feed, and additive premix feed. The HPLC method is a quantitative determination method with a quantitative limit of 1 mg/kg. The LC-MS method is a qualitative determination method with a minimum detection content of 0.5 mg/kg.
