Scope

This standard specifies the method for determining the content of lead and cadmium by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. This standard is applicable to the determination of the content of lead and cadmium in pure zinc, zinc-iron, zinc-aluminum, and aluminum-zinc alloy coatings on steel plates and steel strips.
