Scope

This standard specifies the principles, reagents, and instrumentation for membrane chip detection of common animal-derived components, sample preparation and preservation, experimental procedures, biosafety measures, result determination, and result presentation.
This standard is applicable to the rapid qualitative detection of 11 common animal-derived components in meat products and feed, including pigs, cattle, sheep, chickens, rabbits, donkeys, minks, foxes, mice, yaks, and ducks.
The detection limit of animal-derived components specified in this standard is 0.1% (by mass fraction).
