Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage for weighing displays of continuous cumulative automatic weighing devices (electronic belt scales). This standard applies to weighing displays (hereinafter referred to as "displays") that are connected to weighing sensors outputting in the form of voltage, and speed sensors outputting in the form of voltage pulse signals.
