This document describes the preparation of Hall device samples of sub-nanometer-thick graphene films, the principles, equipment, and process of measuring the carrier mobility and square resistance, calculation methods, analysis and calculation of uncertainties, and measurement reports.
This document is applicable to the measurement of carrier mobility (<104 cm2/Vs) and square resistance of sub-nanometer-thick graphene films with a length and width greater than 100 μm.
