Scope
This document stipulates the basic requirements, procedures, investigations, evaluations, planning, governance measures, engineering monitoring and acceptance, and other technical requirements for ecological restoration and basic environmental management of coal mining subsidence areas, including forest land, grassland, park green space, arable land, orchard, water bodies, and water utilization areas. This document applies to basic environmental management projects in the ecological restoration of coal mining subsidence areas in Jiangsu Province, including geological safety hazard prevention and control, pollutant treatment, gangue processing and gangue heap (site) ecological management, contaminated water bodies and soil remediation, topography and landform improvement, and water body and water system improvement.
