Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, inspection categories, basic requirements, comprehensive inspection procedures, comprehensive inspection contents and requirements, and annual inspection contents and requirements for the regular inspection of polyethylene pipes used for urban gas. This standard applies to the regular inspection of polyethylene pipes used for urban gas with a working temperature of -20 ℃ to 40 ℃, a working pressure not exceeding 0.8 MPa, and a nominal outer diameter not exceeding 630 mm.
