This standard establishes the procedures for appraisal and evaluation services of cultural relics in private collections, stipulates the operating instructions for entrusting and accepting appraisal and evaluation of cultural relics in private collections, appraisal, naming, dating, grading, valuation, result identification, dispute handling, and file management, as well as the transition conditions of the above stages.
