Scope
1.0.1 In order to standardize the safety inspection of the Three Gorges ship locks and clarify the items, content, methods and requirements of the safety inspection of the Three Gorges ship locks, and improve the scientificity and operability of the safety inspection work, these regulations are formulated. 1.0.2 These regulations apply to the safety inspection of the Three Gorges ship locks' hydraulic structures, gate valves, hoisting machines, electrical facilities, ancillary facilities, and the hydraulic characteristics of the ship locks. 1.0.3 In addition to complying with the provisions of these regulations, the safety inspection of the Three Gorges ship locks shall also comply with the provisions of the relevant national standards currently in force.
