Scope
This document describes the test method for the mechanical strength of magnetic cores made of magnetic oxides. This document is applicable to most E-type magnetic cores, ETD-type magnetic cores, I-type magnetic cores, and ring magnetic cores. For other types of magnetic cores, such as U-type magnetic cores, the test can be conducted according to a derived method agreed upon by the relevant parties. This document is also applicable to the mechanical strength test of metal magnetic powder cores.
