This document stipulates the principles of fertilizer application based on fertilizer quota for major crops, the determination and evaluation of soil fertility, the limit values for fertilizer quota application, and fertilizer scheduling. This document is applicable to the limit standards for fertilizer quota application in the production of grain and oil crops such as rice, wheat, and rapeseed, as well as economic crops such as tomatoes, strawberries, and tea within the city limits.
