Scope

This document provides guidance on the management of parking for dangerous goods vehicles (hereinafter referred to as "dangerous goods vehicles") in highway service areas, and gives suggestions on parking conditions in service areas, the setting up of parking areas for dangerous goods vehicles (hereinafter referred to as "dangerous goods parking areas"), safety management, emergency management, and informatization management. This document is applicable to the management of parking for dangerous goods vehicles in highway service areas operating within Shanxi Province.
