This document is applicable to the production of Qingyuan glutinous rice. Main technical content: Sensory characteristics. The sensory characteristics shall comply with the requirements specified in Table 3. Table 3 Sensory characteristics requirements. Appearance: Glutinous rice grains should be separate and uniform, not sticky, and have a dark color. Taste: It should have a unique fragrance and a chewy texture. Physical and chemical indicators: The physical and chemical indicators shall comply with the requirements specified in Table 4. Table 4 Physical and chemical indicators. Unit: % Water ≤45. Aflatoxin B1 μg/kg Not detected. Microbiological indicators: The microbiological limits shall comply with the requirements specified in Table 5. Table 5 Microbiological limits.
