Origin Environment Conditions: Refers to the natural conditions such as air, irrigation water, and soil that affect the growth and quality of vegetables. The production area should be far from areas polluted by "industrial three wastes," and its environmental conditions must meet the requirements of NY/T 5010. The production site should be clean, level, with convenient irrigation and drainage, loose and fertile soil, and deep soil layers. The previous crop should not be onion or garlic-based vegetables. 4.
