Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, test conditions, test equipment and instruments, test methods, evaluation of test results, and test reports for the gravel impact resistance test of windows on high-speed EMUs.
This standard applies to the gravel impact resistance test of windows on high-speed EMUs with a design speed of not less than 200 km/h. The gravel impact resistance test of windows on other rail vehicles can be used as a reference.
