Scope
This standard specifies the requirements for the manufacture and acceptance of precision machining centers. This standard applies to precision machining centers with a linear axis travel of up to 2,000 mm. Precision machining centers with a linear axis travel exceeding 2,000 mm can also be used as a reference for application.
