Packaging requirements: 6.1 It shall comply with the requirements of GB/T 17109. 6.2 The materials shall comply with the packaging technical requirements and relevant national food hygiene regulations. 6.3 The packaging and sealing shall be tight and sturdy, and no spillage shall occur. 7. File management: Establish a quality management file for "Shanxi millet", and record in detail the variety, production environment, planting mode, total growing period, field management measures, fertilizer usage, preceding crops, post-harvest thousand-grain weight (g), bulk density, moisture content, impurity content, unperfect grain content, color and odor, pesticide residue situation, storage time, and packaging and storage conditions, etc., to facilitate the traceability of the quality of the sorghum raw materials.
