GB 32051-2024 Norm of energy consumption per unit production of titanium dioxide and iron oxide pigments
Basic Information
Scope
This document specifies the energy consumption (referred to as "energy consumption") limit levels, technical requirements, statistical scope, and calculation methods for titanium dioxide and iron oxide pigments. This document applies to the calculation and assessment of energy consumption for enterprises producing titanium dioxide by the sulfuric acid method using ilmenite, titanium concentrate, or acid-soluble titanium slag as the main raw materials; iron oxide pigments using natural rutile, synthetic rutile, or chlorinated high-titanium slag and chlorine gas as the main raw materials; and titanium dioxide produced from waste iron, ferrous sulfate, nitric acid, and sulfuric acid. This document does not apply to the production process of chlorinated titanium dioxide by the hydrochloric acid method or the low-temperature chlorination of low-grade blast furnace titanium-containing slag to produce titanium dioxide.
