GB/T 40294-2021 Methods for determining electrically excited synchronous machine quantities from tests

Scope

This document is applicable to three-phase synchronous motors with a rated power of 1 kVA or more. The test methods described in this document are primarily suitable for synchronous motors with an excitation winding and a collector ring and brush in the excitation power supply circuit. For brushless synchronous motors, some tests require special handling; for permanent magnet motors, the applicability of the said test methods is limited, and special measures should be taken to prevent permanent demagnetization of the motor. This document is not applicable to axial flux motors and special synchronous motors, such as induction motors, transverse flux motors, and reluctance motors. Any or all of the test items described in this document are not required to be performed on any specified motor. Some specific tests may be carried out according to the agreement between the manufacturer and the customer.
