Scope

Scope: This document specifies the preparation requirements, system content, system structure diagram, standard details table, and standard statistics table for the raw grape production standard system in the HeShuo wine-producing region. This document is applicable to the preparation and implementation of the raw grape production standard system in the HeShuo wine-producing region. Main technical content: This standard system covers the requirements for the production environment, input materials, cultivation techniques, product quality and safety, packaging, transportation, and management aspects involved in the production of raw grapes in the HeShuo wine-producing region. It mainly includes: a) Industrial environment: Requirements for the production environment of raw grapes; b) Input materials: Production and use requirements for varieties, seedlings, trellis materials, fertilizers, and pesticides; c) Production technical regulations: Technical requirements for seedling cultivation, cold protection, and pest control; d) Product quality and safety: Quality and safety requirements for raw grapes, geographical indication products, HeShuo wine, and organic products; e) Harvesting, packaging, and circulation: Requirements for the harvesting, packaging, and circulation of raw grapes; f) Management: Regulations for the protection of geographical indication products and the management of special logos.
