Scope
This standard applies to:
a) Withdrawal slips printed, computer-printed, or copied, issued by the issuing institution or its agents to relevant groups (banks, brokers, stock exchanges, etc.).
b) Withdrawal slips announced in official gazettes or newspapers, except for those specified in 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.6, 5.1.1, and 5.6.
This standard defines the content, order of presentation, and structure of withdrawal slips; it also stipulates the physical characteristics of the withdrawal slips mentioned in a) above.
Note: In Chapters 4 and 5 below, if the requirements of the clauses meet the content of a) and b) above, an asterisk (*) is used as an indicator.
