Scope

Scope: This document stipulates the terms and definitions, production environment, land preparation and base fertilization, seedling cultivation, planting (seedling transplanting), field management, pest and disease control, harvesting, packaging and storage, waste disposal, product quality, and production records for "Xiangjiangyuan" Chinese chives. This document applies to the production of "Xiangjiangyuan" Chinese chives. Main technical content: (1) This document stipulates the requirements for the production environment, land preparation and base fertilization, seedling cultivation, planting (seedling transplanting), field management, pest and disease control, harvesting, packaging and storage, and waste disposal, as well as product quality and production records for "Xiangjiangyuan" Chinese chives. (2) The production environment conditions of this document shall comply with T/XJY 1001 "Quality Requirements for the Production Environment of 'Xiangjiangyuan' Vegetables", and requirements for land selection are also specified. (3) Based on the current successful experience and practices of "Xiangjiangyuan" Chinese chives production, this document stipulates the cultivation management requirements throughout the entire process, including land preparation and base fertilization, seedling cultivation (including variety selection, sowing time, seedling management, and strong seedling specifications), planting (seedling transplanting), field management (including water management, fertilizer application management), harvesting, and waste disposal. For example, in the section on land preparation and base fertilization, requirements are specified for deep plowing and sunning of the soil, disinfection, fertilizer types and quantities, trenching and ridge construction, and ridge surface requirements; in the section on seedling cultivation, requirements are specified for variety types, seed quality, suitable sowing times for different variety types, selection of see
